This policy explains what information this website collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers www.tnrdevelopments.com and the ways you contact us from it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, topic and message you enter, and whether you asked to hear from us by email. When you call, email or text us, we keep that correspondence.
• How the site is used. Our server records each page request: the date and time, the address your connection comes from (IP address), the page requested, the page you came from, and your browser type. We look up the registered owner and the approximate location of that address so we can tell real visitors from automated traffic.
• Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads to advertise. When you arrive from a Google ad, the link carries Google's click identifier and the search keyword that matched. Google's own privacy policy governs what Google collects.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, prepare quotes and provide support.
• To understand which pages and search terms bring people to us, and to improve the site.
• To keep the site working and to prevent abuse, including spam sent through the contact form.
• To send occasional product news by email, only if you asked for it. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Text messaging

If you text us at (585) 201-8290, we keep your number and the conversation so we can reply. We text only in reply to customers who text us first, about their questions, quotes and orders. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Who sees it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our communications on our behalf: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our telephone and texting carrier, and Google for analytics and advertising as described above. Each is bound to use the information only to provide its service. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages and correspondence are kept for as long as we work with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for up to two years. Analytics data is kept under Google's retention settings.

Your choices

Email info@tnrdevelopments.com to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
